To use up fruits and greens
Serves 2
1. Make the base:
120g frozen berries, 350 ml milk (nut milk or cow milk), 35g oats, 1 banana
Or: 200 ml milk, 1tsp honey, 1tsp ground almonds, 1tsp ground cinnamon, and equivalent of two appels.
2. Add the fruits you need to eat
120g fresh fruits: strawberries with their hulls, banana with the skin except the tough ends, kiwi, apple with its core,
Or 120g fresh greens: kale stalks, broccoli, celery tops and tails, lettuce, spinach, avocado, ….
Use the scraps of the apples, peach, … that you do not eat.
3. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and whizz until smooth.
4. Add extra honey and sprinkle seeds (hemp, chia, sesame, flax, …) to taste
